So as you've seen that our hotel has gone through a sudden reset & to try and clear things up our hotel basially had a mal-function and we've had to reset and roll back the hotel 33 days ago to fix the issue. We're sorry for any inconvenience thats been caused and any rooms, badges, rares, ect that's been lost. W'e've made sure that we've secured a good addon to our servers that will now prevent any crashes/ and or resets won't happen in the future!
